There is nothing worse than the bad smell that comes out of the sink or from the drain.
Someone will immediately reach for chemical products though most forgot that these procedures affect the quality of groundwater.
With this simple trick you can kill two flies with one slap: you will protect the nature and throw out the odor from your home.
For this you will need:
- 1/2 cup of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup of baking soda
Heat the lemon juice and add to it soda to dissolve it. Do this slowly because there will be certain reaction in form of foaming between the juice and soda.
Stir the mixture and slowly pour it into the drain that comes out of the sink. Wait for 10 minutes so all the dirt will be absorbed and then rinse it with hot water.
Hooray! From the odor there will remain no trace, just freshness will be present.
In this way you will clean sink, drains and will remove all odors. Instead of lemon juice you can also use alcohol vinegar.
