The Blood Type Diet Chart

There are 3 categories of food groups:

1.Foods allowed (food that can not harm your blood type)

2.Foods not allowed (can really harm your body and act as poison)

3.Highly beneficial foods (foods that boost your health and act as a medicine)

*Avocados

These healthy fruits are rich in healthy fats, especially monounsaturated. The inflammation of the body can not be raised by these fats (such as omega 6). They are extremely beneficial for your arteries health and maintain a healthy blood pressure. You only have to incorporate some avocado in your lunch salad and you will feel satiated for a longer period of time. You can avoid your afternoon snacks and candies on this way.

*Coconut Oil

This oil is absolutely beneficial for your digestive system and immunity. It doesn’t become damaged and oxidized on high temperatures cooking (like most vegetables oils).

Coconut oil is packed with medium chain fatty acids, especially lauric acid – easy to digest and used as energy (fuel) by the liver. The presence of good fats in coconut oil are particularly beneficial for your digestive tract. You can significantly reduce carbohydrate and sugar carvings by incorporating this oil into your diet.

*Turmeric

This yellowish spice is one of the healthiest herbs on the planet. Curcumin – the active consistent in turmeric is full of anti-inflammatory properties and represents strong pain reliever. This spice is especially effective for your digestive tract – it relieves bloating, toothache, bloody urine, menstrual difficulties and indigestion.

*Oily Fish

Most of the food rich in anti-inflammatory properties are actually rich in fat. Oily fish represents powerful pain reliever, full of omega 3 fatty acids. Arthritis, fibromyglia and menstrual cramps are just some of the conditions that can be treated by oily fish. Oily fish such as sardines, mackerel, anchovies, herrings and wild salmon are packed with omega 3, B Vitamins, Protein Vitamin D and selenium that prevent and cure various viral infections, age related vision loss, prostate cancer and cardiovascular diseases.

*Dark Chocolate

Dark chocolate is absolutely healthy food. 85% cocoa or higher is a good quality chocolate. Most of these chocolates are free of soy lecithin (which often genetically modified) and diary products. It is packed with potassium, phosphorus, zinc, manganese, iron, fiber, copper  and selenium.

Dark chocolate is rich in antioxidants which eliminates free radicals in the body and boosts the healthy (HDL) cholesterol in the body. It is also excellent to improve lower blood pressure, blood flow and lower the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

Healthy foods do not have to be tasteless and boring food. Many tasty foods can decrease the inflammation in your body and improve your overall health.
